The colors are green and gold. Green is for the hope that all creation retains the hope of being freed from slavery, the hope to enjoy the freedom and the glory of the children of God (Rom. 8:21-22). SPUSM treasures its Catholic tradition of humanistic learning based on the Gospel values. Sharing in the mission of the Catholic Church, to proclaim Christ as the Good News to all, SPUSM serves, with conscious preference for the deprived, in the contemporary and future needs of the church, the nation and the world. It is on the basis of these principles and values that SPUSM provides its quality Catholic Paulinian education in a Christ-centered way. Our goal then, is the total formation of a person who “walks in the truth” (veritas). Thus, veritas encourages this search for knowledge (scientia) which impels us to love (caritas).
